He has a 12 month programme for if you need 1:1, but it's more the ebook I thought was useful. Lots of nice bullet points that are easy to follow and he specialises in professional services people, rather than being loud and huggy sales type (shudder).

Well, I've had a look and a lot of it makes sense. I am actually beginning to understand value pricing, to the point I am about to lose my quote system from my website and replace it with some sort of lead capture system, though I need to spend some time deciding on the 'carrot'.
What are your ideal client's three biggest problems? That presupposes you have a very clear definition of your ideal client and that you have asked them.
