Hi Guys,

I have 6 businesses I have just taken on and looking to outsource.  Mainly because they need to be done in Sage and as it's not something I use all the time (ok, I hate Sage) I know that it's going to eat up what little time I have.

It's 5 ltd companies and one sole trader.  All are very small and the total transaction count should not be more that 40 for each.

I do need a VAT return every quarter for each.

The work starts this month, and I am hoping to be able to provide the paperwork scanned and referenced on a spreadsheet, or I can post the paperwork by special delivery (why do I start singing the postman pat song every time I type that?) if you'd prefer.  Paperwork will be sorted.

Hi Kris

Would be interested in seeing if can help you out.

You say 40 transactions per each business.  Is that per month? per year? Is it 40 sales invoices? 40 purchase invoices? 40 of both?

I have over 15 years practice experience, teach SAGE at beginners and intermediate level at a local enterprise company and currently SAGE accredited.

I am based in central scotland.

Thanks to everyone who has emailed me. I think I have sent everyone a personal email letting them know whats happening. If I've missed you, sorry, I didn't realise so many people would be interested in what is a fairly limited amount of work right now.

I have engaged the services of a bookkeeper to help, but thanks again to everyone.
