Apologies in advance if these questions are extremely simple, rightly or wrongly i am helping my father with the bookkeeping of his new business with very limited knowledge!
1. He has stayed out at a hotel to carry out work on a construction site and also when he was on a two day course.
2. He has travelled by Train to business meeting and trade exhibition
Would the above two come under the heading 'Expenses payments made to, or on behalf of, the employee (eg travelling, entertainment)' i think they do but my father thinks they dont as they are purely for business no benefit of any kind etc
