Problems filing accounts at Companies House
Permalink Closed

I'm trying to file a set of abbreivated accounts at Companies House (first year). Everything goes ok until I try and submit. It's got stuck just after the submission, as my browser didn't trust the source.

Is anyone else having issues filing at Companies House or is it just me?

If you're using the pdf template Stuart, you'll have to go through a whole rigmarole of accepting / trusting the source, in Acrobat. I'm typing this from memory but there's a help file that tells you how to do it.

Hi Stuart,
I had the same issue, but I accepted the source (drop down box on header) for 'one time only'. It then re-set the document (help!) but I got confirmation from Companies house via email. Then it was rejected because after completing the form I clicked 'FAQ' which had re-set part of the form ! Tip for you there...

It was my first time too ... hope this helps ?
Lisa

I managed to get them through eventually. It seemed to be an issue with the PDF reader settings.

Many thanks Tony and Lisa.
