I would put Internet expenses, broadband, website fees all in the same nominal code. I have mine in the 75xx range. Unless you want to separate them out individually for management report purposes.
Computer equipment would be dependent upon cost and how long it is expected to last in the business. I would capitalise major items of computer equipment such as computers themselves, monitors etc. However printers, scanners etc I would class as office equipment and expense.
Computers I would put in 0030 and other small office equipment I have in 7506.

Also, if computer equipment depreciates at 50% per year, would you also class printers, scanners, multi-function devices (printer/copier/scanner/fax) as computer equipment and depreciate them at 50% year or would these be office equipment?
I think it depends on the business, as Pauline said above they could be posted under expenses but if it was e.g, a company selling web-hosting then I'd classify them as direct costs.
