Time Keeping/Recording

Hi everyone,

I was just wondering if any of you guys used any time recording software at all ? Preferably for free !!

Me and my team have always used excel for this purpose but I want to try and get a little more sophisticated ! Maybe drop down menus to select the client, with nature of work, (ie bookkeeping, payroll, etc) and then the time spent on each task.

Many thanks

I would stick with Excel.

If you want it more complicated then simply build a pretty front end on Excel which would give you more control over the resultant software and probably be faster than learning the front end that someone else has built on Excel which invariably is what these time and attendance packages are.

I used fourfourtime which i find really good.

Cost about £50 for the licence as a one off cost

you can download it and give it a try for a period of time at www.foufourtime.co.uk
