I normally use Companies Made Simple for my limited company incorporations and at approx £20 I thought they were cheap.
But I've just come across a website called golimited.co which claims to charge just £4.50 for setting up a limited company. How can they charge so little, I thought the Companies House fee was around £15? Are they making a loss on each sale and if so why would they do this?
Looks like they are part of Crunch Accountants, so I'm guessing the aim is for someone to use their formation service and then sign up as an accounting client, clever!

Looks like a loss leader front for the accounts package sitting behind it for £59.50 per month. Or £89.50 per month for them to include a twice yearly review.
Note also that everything is emailed. There's nothing on paper.
That said, it looks good but would be interested to know if they play ball if you try to register more than one company as I suspect that they're only interested in direct hits from contractors and one man bands rather than accountants and bookkeepers using the service without taking up the more expensive options.
