Hi couldn't work out how to send a pm so hope you don't mind me asking this way.

Following on from my post about pricing for a payroll job I have a question about 12pay. The potential clients currently use Sage - how easy is it to switch to 12pay? Or can I use the 12pay while they still have Sage?

I am out of the office so reply will be short on detail, but yes, you can port data from sage to 12pay. Best method depends on no of employees...

If you send me an email to sales@12pay.co.uk we can continue this explanation offline. Sorry, I should have suggested that before. But the important element of the answer is that importing those employees from Sage to 12pay shouldn't be very difficult; numerous users have done it before. When you're ready we can explain what to do as part of our normal support process.
