eFax.co.uk any good?
Permalink Closed

My fax machine of 10 years has just given up on me. It's had a good innings but given I rarely send or receive faxes I'm reluctant to buy a new one.

Came across a service called eFax.co.uk. I like the fact it works via email, and theres no need for paper.

Anyone on here use eFax?

Hi Stuart

I use a similar service through my voip phone supplier www.voipfone.co.uk and it costs £2.00 plus vat per month for the number, can't remember how much for sending & receiving faxes

I used to use Efax but changed to voipfone when setting up my phone, had a bit of trouble with efax when trying to get them to cancel the monthly payments from my credit card

Regards

Mark

I use eFax and have had no problems. On the couple of occasions I've called customer service they've been excellent. Just over £9 per month and it's unlimited. That's with a local number. I think you can use it free with a mobile number they give you.

Cheers all. The more I hear about it the more I like the look of it. Will have a go with their free trial and see how I get on.

Used efax for 8 years, no problems. Faxes come through as PDF's on email. Use the all in one printer for outgoing faxes.
