How do you restore a limited company
Permalink Closed

Does anyone know how a disolved company can be restored?

Bascially one of my clients had a dormant company they had struck off 12 months ago (they weren't using it). Now they want to use the company. Is getting a company restored easy, expensive etc?

Cheers

Is the easiest thing to do not just to create a new company with the same name (provided name is still available)?

Regards

Had a client use http://www.crichtonslawyers.net. The cost was around £200 from memory. No complaints from my client.

Starting a new company will not allow for the release of any assets connected to the company. Restoration will depend on the reasons for dissolution.
