Hi

I wonder if someone can help me

I am running our first VAT return on sage and have stumbled across my first issue!!

I am looking at the "Green Box" Calculated the vat and nothing appears in Box 4?

Zero and I have not got a clue why? Please help hmm

What VAT scheme are you using?  If you're operating the flat rate scheme, you generally wouldn't have anything in Box 4.

We are Flat rate cash based scheme

Flat rate is calculated on Gross Sales so no purchases.
