Aged Debtors in VT
Permalink Closed

Morning people,

Can someone tell me why when I display aged analysis, customers, I am getting the dates from Oct 12 to Mar 13? I have checked I am in the current year and using the option to display monthly but don't understand why it's not showing Apr 12, May 12 etc . I have checked the terms for each customer and they are set at 30 days and I know some of the invoices outstanding are from March, April and May but the aged analysis shows these in Oct 2012....

Kind regards

Georgie

Hi Georgie,

on the report look in the bottom left corner of the screen.

There's a little box there next to the word options.

click on that.

at the bottom of the pop up there is a blue link saying "current period"

Click on that and it will bring up the period which you can change.

Hope that fixes the problem... Not sure how you got off the relevant period without trying but pretty sure that the above will fix it.

kind regards,

Shaun.
