No need to feel guilty Shaun. I don't know how you don't get more annoyed with this sort of post.

Hi Pauline,

sometimes they get close but it's very seldom that posters, even spammers, get it with both barrels.

Last one on the site to annoy me was the sheep ad that belittled the profession, one before that was the accountant that danced and sang at AGM's because she thought that the clients were laughing with her!

Hope that your having a good Saturday evening.

We've just finished watching Doctor Who (surprising improvement of the last two episodes over the previous series) so now back to VT and sneaking a much too regular glance at the site.... I'm not an addict... Can give the site up any time I want to... Yer, right!

Talk later,

Shaun.

Hi Shaun,

Yes I remember that post all about the singing and dancing accountant...lol I've been invited to several firm's social occasions by one of my clients, but have so far not accepted as I'm not sure it would be appropriate. On the other hand, someone posted on here a little while back (can't remember who it was now) who said that they'd been to one of their client's social do's and the client had said how it was nice that they were part of the team. I prefer to keep work and social separate. What happens if you were to get drunk at one of these social do's (not that I ever would as I'm practically tea total) and did/said something very embarrassing...lol Don't know how others feel about this?

We watched Dr Who as well....definitely an amusing episode last night...Mitchell and Webb as the two robots was priceless!

I could sense someone talking about me.

Both parents are in different hospitals at the moment so time is scarce going backward and forward. Just back from visiting Dad. Yet again I've got lost on the way home. Took the wrong exit off a roundabout, went up the road a bit back round another roundabout back to the original roundabout and back up the same road again by mistake. Round the roundabout again and back to the start took a different route and it was also wrong. Last time I took an exit I was convinced was wrong and it ended up the right way. This is daft enough thing to do - but it is repeating exactly what I did the last time I visited Dad. I've discovered the problem - I'm following directions from Google maps when I should have been using Bing maps. My out of date sat nav didn't help - a bypass built a couple of years ago doesn't exist according to it.

I actually came on to this thread to laugh at Shaun helping someone out even though he knew the post was spam. He just can't stop his helpful nature.
