I have actually already posted a question and forgot to introduce myself, how rude!!! Lol What a great forum this is!!!!.... I'm hoping to start up a small book keeping business from home. I know tonnes of people probably come on here and say it. I know it's not going to be easy and will take a lot of hard work but I'm very determined. I'm aat qualified and in the process of becoming a member in practice. I work as an assistant accountant although my job title and pay don't reflect this lol!!!! I'm also starting studying for the att which should further my knowledge. I'm really looking forward to sharing thoughts and ideas with you all!!! Thanks Shelley

I was a bit distracted, I had just found out who my father really is, it sort of hit me hard.

How can anyone not like star wars...

There was an episode of How I met your mother where Teds girlfreind said that she had never seen it so was made to sit through it on the grounds that to not like the film was a deal breaker as far as a relationship went.

From a personal perspective, one of my ex wives sparked a divorce by throwing out 2000AD issues 1-220.... Yes, 1 to 220... That divorce was 22 years ago and still not forgiven her (only ex wife or girlfriend that I'm not friends with).

Another divorce wasn't helped by a statement that either the surround sound went or she did... Well, surround sounds still here biggrin

Sorry, back to not liking Sci-Fi...

What about Star Trek (original series), or Firefly, or Terminator (Sarah Connor chronicles)...

OMG I've turned into Sheldon!

lol, welcome to the forum...

Shaun.

Just finished all 31 episodes in one marathon, Summer Glau can terminate me anytime she wants.

Yet another cancelled series where the executives at Fox should hang their heads in shame (don't even get me onto Firefly... Or that they cancelled Family Guy... Twice).

Rumour has it that Summer will get a walk on in the next Terminator movie to tie the franchises together.

My next mararthon is the release of Sons of Anarchy series 4 on October the 8th... Bet I've finished all 14 episodes by October the 9th.

Sure that I've shown you my screen saver before but in case you've forgotten it here's Cammeron being manufactured...

And just like that Steves off to watch 31 episodes of the Sarah Connor Chronicles again.

Talk later,

Shaun.

Yep can't understand why they axed it either, it just seemed un-finished.

Did you notice how every few episodes they would have her wander around the house in her underwear, I did furious

You do the right thing with Sons of Anarchy, any boxset to be honest, there is nothing worse than having to wait a week for the next thrilling installment. I had to do that with the final season of Lost.

Might have biggrin

And they cancelled that for Dollhouse, which was supposed to be the new Charlies angels... Why do Fox feel that we need our Sci Fi dumbing down. SCC was at times genuinely thought provoking and you actually got inside the mind of the machines rather than the films which are for the most part more kiddie stuff.

Definitely felt that for the most part the series was more Blade Runner than Terminator.... One has to ask why Fox only look at American sales figures when cancelling shows. The world is not America.

1 for 1 Rob wink

My 2000ad #1 had lost the free gift but non the less... She threw out issues 1 to 220!!!!

It did occur that we lived next to 28 square miles of woodland so her body might never have been found however I decided that divorce was probably the more cost effective sollution to the problem.... Sorry, just got to say that one more time... She threw out issues 1 to 220.... Not gave away, not sold. Binned.

And after that divorce cos I thought that I must have just had a faulty one I go and get married twice more.... Given it up now as way too expensive a hobby. lol
