Well it comes around again, the weekend is nearly upon us.

The forum is quiet like Y'all have been chatting on here all week and now you have some serious graft to catch up on.

I have images of you all sat scribbling and tapping away as if your life depends on it!

Oh how i long to join in lol.

Remind me again, whats a weekend... Oh I remember. That's where we do exactly the same as every other day but also have children running around as well.

Friday evenings seem to be the quietest on the site followed by Saturday afternoons which are the only two times that I might consider answering a Sage question... Generally by torturing the Sage user by putting the answer in general accounting terms rather than giving any Nominal codes... Bad, bad, naughty Shamus.

Yep, been a hard week on the site with a couple of bannings, same number of deleted threads and all the fun of the ensuring that some statements made are taken as personal opinion rather than fact. (also involves digging trenches, putting flags in camps, etc.).

Sure that poor old Sonya (Eagle) wondered what the hell she had wandered into. Thankfully she managed to not get hit by any friendly fire after the "give the guy a chance" line. lol.

I think that the regulars on the forum don't need to explain themselves, some posts do come across wrong as it it hard to express emotions in writing (especially for us fellas)

I think you made a point of stating you were not racist or your remark was no way intended to sound racist, something along those lines. To me, this doesn't need explaining but we must always remember that the forum is open to everyone. As you just pointed out, Sonya jumped in halfway through an ongoing battle which could read as:- certain members are quite nasty, Although we know a pussy cat when we see one lol.

Maybe you could start an end to the week summary, it's not like you are doing owt else lol.

No of bannings this week, No of deleted posts and No of battles started, won, lost, ongoing...................people might actually get some work done midweek and just catch up on the summaries at weekend, or we could have a weekend omnibus like Eastenders where everything is played through again lol.

Thanks Dave! You will see me disappear every now and then because I have to ban myself from social networking lol. It's extremely addictive, distracting and sometime bad for my health (I lose count of how many drinks I've had) lol. Sonya
