is there a quick way to post batch journals in sage? to correct nominal ledger postings i.e. moving costs from COS to OH expenses

Hi there,

All you need to do is to post all your journals in one go. As long as it balances at the end ! You don't have to post one journal, save it and then post another one. Might be a good idea to write out all the corrections first and then you can just put it in all in one go!

Pauline - that is what i was hoping to do - however some of the items require posting in different months therefore this was causing me an issue

Are they journals, or can you just edit the nominal codes in the corrections screen?

You cant do this for Journals, but you can for other entries.

 Ah, right, well if they require posting in different months then you will have to do them separately I think.
