Hi All,

I purchased VT accounts about a year ago, do I need to upgrade it?, or do you just buy once and that's it?.

Hi Lorraine,

VT Accounts is an annual subscription in order to keep pace with changes to financial reporting requirements.

VT Transaction+ is a bookkeeping package and does not change hwoever, if you have to buy the accounts package then VTT+ comes with it anyway.

thanks for your reply, I use it for sending accounts in iXBRL format to HMRC, so it sounds like I will still require an upgrade!.

Hi Lor,

yes, my understanding is that it would stop working on the aniversary of the purchase.

any idea when VT are releasing full CT600 sollution VT accounts add on that they've been promising for a while now?

I know that there is already the tax part in there but it still requires a lot of manual manipulation at the mo.

 Sorry, didn't know they were releasing full CT600 solution VT accounts add-on!
