I have input data into sage which relates to the new financial year. However I have not yet run the year end as I am waiting for clarification on a few things which may need adjusting.

When i run a report e.g. P&L for the new finanncial year, I am unable to select which month i want to run the report for... i get the option to only select 'future'. If year end is say July 2012, and I want to run to seperate reports - one for August and one for September - how can i do this / is this possible?

Try Transactional P&L. The report gives you the option to filter by transaction date.
