An example of Value Pricing
Permalink Closed

Having made comments on a thread about how bookkeepers/accountants can use Value Pricing I thought it would be useful to share our page about how we position our prices.

http://theaccountingfranchise.co.uk/packages/

There is no reason why bookkeepers and accountants can't use this as a model. You will see that the key elements are:

  • Minumum price to filter enquiries
  • Flexible packages
  • Results based fee
  • Minimum monthly commitment
  • Value is communicated*

*The value is building a practice with £250k to £500k turnover and accountants could be talking about minimum tax saved. Bookkeepers could talk about the value of time saved and useful information.

I hope you find it useful.

I think that your link is to the wrong page Bob as thats one is just an ad for buying a Crunchers franchise.

@Shaun - no, that is this page http://theaccountingfranchise.co.uk/register/ and for the record you can't "buy" Crunchers....you join after being invited and we are not making offers until April 2013.

I don't understand what it is advertising, is it a time share?

It looks like i need to graft hard to pay money to 4 blokes, are they real photographs?

(you may want to reconsider the photo's, not everybody is photogenic. I mean this in the kindest possible way)

Where is the bit about value pricing? i have been interested in this for a while after reading all of the

stuff posted on here about it. It just says no win no fee to me. Is that value pricing?

I'm sure it was called something else in another post.

Oh i forgot to add. There are quite a few spelling mistakes on the site Bob, you may want to have it proof read.

I'm not the best grammathamatician in the world but it lets a professional looking site down. Also makes me wonder

if the people behind it are as clever as they make out. (i mean that in general, as in any potential client would see

and consider this point.)

@Neil - Crunchers is about profit share but it is hard work and you do pay us for for helping you make more money that going alone. The target for offices is £150k net.

However, if you can achieve what you want alone then crack-on and yes the photos are real.

Spelling mistakes are not good...we'll get that sorted. Thanks.

@Kris - no surprise there.

@Kris - stop trying, it presupposes failure.

Failure is when you stop trying.

@Shaun When I've done what I'm trying to do, I stop trying to do it. Does this mean I am a failure? ;)

@Vince - it depends if others value what you've done.

@Shaun - I got the joke but as for the other comment...that sounds like something a child would say.

@Spam - if you are going to have a dig at me why not at least come up with something yourself.

Then why reply to it the way you did.

Let your hair down a bit and have a laugh at yourself occassionally... Everyone else does.

lol.

I still have as much hair as I did when I was younger, it's just all migrated further down the body to the point where I now feel twinned with a hobbit... Well, if hobbits came in six foot varieties anyway.

They could have saved millions by filming in the Midlands instead of NewZealand.

Ack-Choo-Loi...

Tolkien Wrote the Lord of the Rings in Great Haywood which is about a mile from my offices.

Wonder if Hobbits were inspired by the number of small fat women with hairy feet around here???

Yes, I know it is. That's why I started reading the thread in the first place ... the humour came as a bonus.
