Self Assessment with property involved

I am currently submitting a tax return for a client who rents out a house.  It's the first time I've fone one "live" so just for peace of mind could someone confirm I have it right.  I have prepared the clients income and expenditure for the property (copy attached)  as well as entered the details in on the tax return (copy attached but not submitted yet)

Looks good to me. I always think about the property as being a separate "business" and therefore needing it's own P&L
