Well I personally don't do them but I have 3 thats need finishing off to go to the accountants, one I have only just got!!! Luckily its not a big one from the bookkeeping side buts its a messy one and will involve a bit of sorting out!
2 x VAT returns, one of which is very large, both of them involve quarterly bookkeeping plus the VAT return. 2 visits to premises as I work on site for a couple of clients, they are both weekly and payroll on top of that. So its good to have a busy January, just hope it doesn't snow else the kids will be off and I won't get as much done as planned. Oh and plus a couple of regulars to see as well.
Maybe 2013 is a sign of the times and good times are just around the corner?
Panic over, only two left. Didn't think I was going to get them all done in time this year
Haven't stopped for about a month, even working through Christmas.
Most of the delays I have had have been waiting for responses to questions. Got the final response for one of the above, and should have the last answer by Monday.
27 left to file but they are all at different stages; some with client for approval, some awaiting client info, some still got accounts to do, some still to receive the accounts info.
Did 8 returns today and sent to client; 1 now filed, 1 the client doesnt have funds to pay me yet so will wait until they do before submitting and other 6 are for husband and wife who had 4 and 2 tax returns outstanding respectively. So all in all quite a productive day.
Hopefully get down to about a dozen to file by this time this week.
