THanks Paul.

My son has just said that to me as well so I will let them know thats the way to go.  It shouldn't be a problem going on it as I will text them when I want to do it.

Many thanks,

Mandy

Hi Guys.

I have a client where I need to do a Log me in to there PC at their work place.  They already have the software downloaded on their PC and the owner already uses a log me in code from her laptop at home.  She sometimes does the invoicing from home in the evenings, they are using QB's.  Is it possible for me to set up a new log me in code for my laptop so I can access their work PC or do I need to ask them for their email address/username and password and log in via the internet on my laptop but with their details?

Theres no problem about us being on it at the same time as I will text and give them notice of when I need to be on there.  There is a back log of work to do, so we thought it would save me always going to premises to do.

Any help is much appreciated.  I am not technical at all!!

Many thanks

Hiya,

you don't need to setup your own logmein username/password, when you go to the logmein site then just login using the clients details and then you will be able to remote control their PC.

If they are already logged in you will get a message telling you that someone else is already remote controlling that PC.

Hope this helps.

Paul
