12 Pay vs QB Payroll

I have a choice of using either of the above software's but am uncertain as to which one to use.

Can anyone make a suggestion / recommendation?

Note that this is intended to be used for a small business with upto 10 employees, some of which will require weekly payroll and some will require monthly payroll, and the number of employees fluctuates month on month

If it was me I would use 12 Pay. I have used both and am a big fan of QB's but the support isn't very good and you will then have to upgrade your software each year and it will become expensive. 12pay is an annual fee and the support is brilliant!

Tom is on here sometimes for 12 pay. I have been on to 12pay in the last few days about upgrading my liciense and about the RTI that's coming in and they are very good on the phone.

HTH

PS this is just my opinion of course! There are others on the market, maybe trial a few.

Hi,

I am using payroo.com which is an online payroll. Its free upto 10 employees and i guess its £3 per employee per year if there are more employees.

It does the job adequately for me.

Sorry never used 12pay and QB payroll though.

If you give 12Pay a try and you have any queries feel free to contact me and I'll show you how things are done (via a web link to your PC if you like, and if necessary)

12 Pay is more cost effective than QB and the support is excellent.
