Did I read somewhere that Sage One is free with the ICB? and does that include sage one payroll?

Yes but if you pay them enough money and give them one kidney and your first born child they don't make you use it.

The Payroll is for 15 employee's.

Well according to the link they were supposed to be sending out activation codes to members (that was in November). If you haven't received one might be worth giving them a call.
