Hi

Just having one of those moments when I know that I should know the answer to this but can't think of it

A client, who is CIS registered whose business is to supply and install lift elevators, has carried out repairs only to a lift elevator situated in a hotel.  Is this repair liable to CIS deduction

No, this guidance says that the repair and maintenance of lifts is outside the scope of the scheme.
