RTI and XML file
Permalink Closed

I have just tried to view a HMRC response to a RTI full payment submission.

However it appears to be in XML format

It does not open using Word 2010.

Maybe I am overlooking something, but what does anyone else use to view this file?

I have the email confirmation but just wondered.

Thank you.

You can open the file using Excel 2010.

Basically, you would go to open on Excel and select the XML file and click open. You will then be given the option of opening the file as an XML Table, Read Only Workbook or as a XML Source Task Pane.
