HI,

I have been a "lurker" for quite a while, but this is my first post!

When processing P11D's for clients in previous years, i have used HMRC's basic tools programme to get a P11D to give to employees for their records, but have then transferred to details onto HMRC's online system in order to file the returns.

From what I can gather, these forms have now been taken off the basic tools programme. What are people doing now? Buying software? Hand completing the forms? or are they available elsewhere from HMRC that can be completed on the computer and printed?

I don't really want to hand write them all out, doesn't look very professional.

Has anyone else come accross this problem?

Thanks for any help

Hi BusyBee,

You can still file the P11D forms online on HMRC website. Not sure if you will be able to print off a copy for the employees though. Found this copy

http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/forms/p11d.pdf

Think you may have to fill them in by hand though.

Hi,

thank you for your reply Pauline.

I found that one, but have now found an option on that same form that enables you to type in the details.

Thanks for your help.
