Thank you for this link, Michelle.  One of my clients found that passing on a link to a page about what they could charge for late payments, got an outstanding invoice paid!  I find encouraging my clients to chase payments quicker has added value to my services.  People are reluctant to chase their payments but with a bit of encouragement makes a big difference to their cash flow.

So my approach of getting a couple of guys to hang late payers out of an upstairs window by their amkles until they agree to immediate payment is frowned upon them...

Things were much simpler in my day...
