Hi everyone,

Has anyone else got this problem? Last week I downloaded an update for Moneysoft. This morning I noticed that one of my clients data in Moneysoft is wrong. Firstly all the pay periods to November 2013 were locked. So I unlocked them as I only have processed to months to date - April and Mays pay.

THEN I noticed the FPS had been seen upto November! What do I do? Please help!

Frantically worrying Georgie

I havent had this problem so cant directly assist but I can say the helpdesk at Moneysoft is really good. You can phone or email but I reckon a call would be best with this one so that they can talk you through anything you need to do or they can perhaps view it whilst you do too! Good luck with it

Thoughts are my own/not to be regarded as official advice, which should be sought from a suitably qualified Accountant.

You should check out answers with reference to the legal position
