Tried to phone today and email, but my emails are down again, I have emailed via my old email address, also both our websites seem to be down as well. I know they run off the same server so wondering if there is a problem. Tried to change the password as I thought it was me and now I can't get into it at all and can't receive emails on my phone either.

PS tried to change it on 12Pay as I email one client the payslips individually, and because we changed the outgoing mail a couple of weeks ago it now won't let me do this either, that is why I thought it was me and tried to change the password and now I think I have messed it up altogether as its not working at all. Thanks
By the time I got in it was a bit late to call. I'll call tomorrow am if thats ok.
The server is still up, it's a security feature which blocks your IP address after a number of failed password attempts, not that it helps you right now.
I'll call tomorrow and we'll get you back up and running.
