Well got that one wrong Matt, not only can you join but you never said you had been playing since week one? This of course means that your scores counted and from not even being in the league you find yourself in 2nd place, I think a point deduction may be in order lol, only joking and besides that you should be given extra points for having the best team name, Moves Like Agger lol love it.

Ok a couple of major players out this week which meant all those who had Van Persie as captain suffered. Top scorer this week was Keverton with 84 points and the lowest scorer in the history of the league with 19 points and 8 points deducted for subs so real score was 11 went to my boss Gary Hupston, Yeeeeeeeesssssssssssssssssss, that is a record which will never be beat and I will be reminding him not just this week but every day of his life lol.

Welcome back to the fold Pauline and good luck in catching up the stragglers, top four now read as follows

1. Camos Villians 332 pts
2. Moves Like Agger 310 pts
3. Team GB 295 pts
4 Hellsbells FC 291 pts

Good luck this week and who can topple my Son Adam from the top spot?

Dave

I did say I had started at the beginning of the season in my above post. Surprised I'm in 2nd! On the Liverpool fans league I'm in - I'm mid table!

Least you support a team that can play football, villa are playing like a championship side. Optegra league is really close even those mid table are still in with a chance. Its the Christmas games that will determine the league, what is it about football that makes you wish your life away lol?

Good luck tomorrow.

Well Villa won away, pinch me I am dreaming!

The magic 100 points was hit this week not by just one team but by two, so massive well done to me who scored 105 points as well as my boss Gary Hupstons team Forever Dreaming who scored 100 points. The top 5 in the league now belong to Training Link employee's or their associates.

Top 4 now reads as follows

1. Hellsbellls FC 887
2. Camos Villians 879
3. Team GB 874
4. Jagar Bombers 811

Who will be league leader after this weeks games? And who will be the biggest climber?

Good Luck and have a good weekend
Dave

I'm on a late charge for 1st :)

105 points so far this weekend with the help of Suarez (3 goals), Toure (3 Goals), Skrtel (2 Goals) Barkley (1 Goal) and Williams (1 Goal) :)

Still got Rodriguez and Adebeyor to play today so hopefully Spurs vs Saints will be a 3-3 game with a hat trick each :)

Message from Dave:

Well we come to the final 3 game weeks of the BKN/Training Link fantasy football game and just like last year it appears to be a fight between the employees of Training Link. With last years winner Rob Hupston hoping to retain the trophy but with a few points to find on the league leader Dave Campbell. Reality is though it is not because they know more about football but that not many actually bothered to take part through the whole season, still Dave gets to buy his own Champagne should he hang on and win? Message from Dave to Jeremy from Optegra reads. Hi Jeremy I have 3 more games to hang on to my lead in the Optegra Football League which has been a great success and I have enjoyed playing, get ready to receive my Bank details when I claim my £100 prizeJ, Ive already spent it lol, is that arrogance or confidence lol?

Anyway top four now read as follows

1.       Campbells Superstars 2200 pts.

2.       Jager Bombers 2161 pts.

3.       Forever Dreaming 2098

4.       Camos Villains 2019

May the best man win, I leave you with a pun. What is nicer than Roses around your Piano? Answer: Tulips around your OrganJ

Dave

I didn't even know that this was still going (which is probably why it seems to be an internal TL competition, lol).

Jeremy, be real careful because if you win I think that you have to go and work for Training Link (it's in the small print).

Anyway, tell Dave that he should post himself Nick, he's not banned.

Lol...I thought it was quite a good one.

I was very surprised to see I am not last any more!  Especially seeing as I seem to have lost the plot recently    (Mind you, doesn't take much)  Getting too excited watching my team (Man City) making a challenge for the title!!  May come right down to the last game of the season.

So the football season is over and as such so is the BKN/Training Link Fantasy Football Challenge. Really pleased to say that I won the trophy this year and with last years winner finishing runner up. Top 3 finishers read as follows

1st and Champion Hellsbells FC (Dave Campbell) 2418 pts

2nd and runner up Jagar Bombers (Rob Hupston) 2357 pts

3rd Forever Dreaming (Gary Hupston 2229 pts

Also thank you to Jeremy Robbins who let me join his Optegra league and offered £100 to the winner which I won as well, now the hard part trying to prize £100 from an Accountant lol, I am only joking before you all give me a backlash. Not too sure if I will be running this next season so if anyone would like to take over please let me know. I will put up £50 to the winner should anyone wish to take part.

Dave

Good to have you back posting Dave.

Well, that looks like a Training Link whitewash to me.

Well done to you all (but especially the wiiner of course).

Shaun.
