ltd company mileage claim

Hi all,

 

quick question, my client has put mileage through his business for cycling and using car to drive to and from company he worked at (one of his clients).

 

My question is as I know that if it is a regular basis then it is not allowable as then it is more of a work premises to the client............................but I'm unsure in this case as he went to and from everyday for about 6 months and then the clients work ended.

 

Thank you in advance, I don't think it is allowable as it is a period of about 6 months??????.

Is the period when it becomes a permanent place of work not 24 months?? which if only was for 6 months means it would be fine to claim the mileage.
