We are an expanding Bristol based bookkeeping company and need more staff to ensure we maintain a high standard of service for all our clients.
We are looking for a competent bookkeeper who is qualified with at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience to work for us on an employed basis. Hours will start with around 1 to 2 days per week but this could increase for the right person over time.
The successful candidate should have knowledge of:
MS Office is essential particularly Excel and Outlook
Sage Line 50 (Essential)
Quickbooks (Desirable)
Sage Payroll (Desirable)
Payroll Manager (Desirable)
Purchase order system and Project areas within Sage (Essential)
Production of Monthly Management Accounts
Producing VAT returns
Actioning Payroll
Bank Reconciliations
Experience of credit control would be advantageous
The successful candidate will:
