Hi Wendy,

A long shot, but are your transactions in either transaction no./date order within the corrections page. By clicking on the headings at the top of each column you set the order via that heading.

You never know, maybe this will work. Fingers crossed smile

Good morning,

I hope somebody will be able to help me.

Normally when you make entries on sage it shows in the file maintenance in corrections. For some reason for the last month mine is not showing there, even though I can see the entries in the bank or in daybooks. I do know that when I back up all of my new entries are showing, but when I back up & restore my maintenance file is still showing that my last entry is 02/07/13

Thank you

Wendy

Hi Brian,

I  feel such a fool.
In the maintenance file  I must have pressed the date tab order instead of transaction number order & that is why I couldnt find the recent items I had put on.
I didn't even think of looking at this until I received your email.

Thank you so much for your help & taking the time to reply to me.

Have a great day

Wendy

I love it when a plan comes together biggrin. It's happened a few times with our students so i had an idea that would have been the cause. Easily done!!

Have a good weekend, Wendy.
