Going to be getting this soon, probably by the end of the month, but I would like to know if there are any SME's on the subject or any online videos tute's that i should be looking at?

12 Pay is simple to use, the support is brilliant, they have been very helpful to me this year, I had a really difficult payroll that I took over and they were just brilliant and very patient with me.
The videos are easy to understand, they must be for me to be able to understand it!
Same here...I will echo Amanda's sentiments. I had an awkward situation a couple of months ago where an employee was late with a timehseet and I had to re-run and re-submit the payroll rti for that month and 12pay were very helpful, sent me a step by step instruction email on how to deal with it!
