Late paying customers anyone...?
Permalink Closed

Hi All

I mentioned this a while ago but having seen it and been using it for a while now I have to comment on how impressive GoCardless is..

For anyone who has cash collection issues from their customers this has to be the solution.

Now there is an add on which integrates with Sage, Xero and a few others.. It is free at the moment but not for long I understand.

The payment processing fees are 1% up to a max of £2 per transaction

PS - I dont work for them... just a happy user over here - fully recommend you take a look at the video here

Hope that helps reduce your debtors

I agree with everything said. I use gocardless, and have done for a while now. All but 2 monthly clients are paying by this method now. I also accept cards, but no longer accept cheques and would rather not bother with cash either.

GoCardless is a good tool, but the way to get people paying is to offer a range of payment methods.

Ditto on this, started using GoCardless last few weeks, integrates perfectly with Kashflow and any client who sets it up its a simple case of I invoice them, 4 days later the money lands in my account... seemless! Great tool, and i'll now try getting all my clients on it, especailly the new ones!

Does this only work for regular payments, or does it work for one-off transactions, too?

It works for both. One off transaction take a bit longer the first time.
