Our company is looking to upgrade our current accounting system including our current version of sage (a pretty old version 2009 version of instant accounts) and purchase some new invoicing software. We currently use a very manual system of spreadsheets and lots of duplicated data entry.
We would ideally use the new invoicing software to create the invoices then just upload these as excel or CVS into the new version of sage so the sales NCs would automatically populate with the invoice contents.
I was looking for your expert advise on what systems you guys use or what software you would recommend. There are a few criteria that our invoicing software must meet:
Be able to produce custom quote templates
Be able to turn these quotes into 50% and 100% invoices without client data re entry
simple integration with sage i.e. the ability to upload CVS / import the invoice data into sage
