I'm also a moderator over on Opentuition and was just reading the exam success / failure survey for June 2013 which makes for some interesting reading about how long people study comparative to success in the exams.
Whilst specific to ACCA I think that the general principles can be extrapolated to all professional bodies from ICB to ICAEW to show basically that you get out what you put in and you can try to do too much too quickly.
I'll let people make up their own minds about what the statistics show.
Responses are not meant as a substitute for professional advice. Answers are intended as outline only the advice of a qualified professional with access to all relevant information should be sought before acting on any response given.
I've been known to use the odd big word... Don't understand them of course but by putting them into a conversation others assume that you know what you're talking about (the fools).
Hope that you've memorised those statistics Neil.... There will be a test later, lol.
