Permalink Closed

Accounting technician required for rapidly expanding small accountancy practice. The job role will involve preparing accounts to trial balance from customer information, preparation of draft statutory accounts for review, and preparation of corporation tax returns with computations. It may also involve preparation of self assessment tax returns.

Previous practical experience of these tasks is essential, as is an ability to work with minimal supervision to deadlines; with excellent customer service, endless patience and a good sense of humour.

Initially this will be a part time role expected to consist of 2 days per week. Hours will be reviewed on a regular basis and can be increased in line with the workload.

Due to company requirements we will not be able to consider trainees or self employed people for this position.

Candidates selected for interview will be required to complete an assessment of theory and practical examples at the interview.
Application will only be accepted by way of CV with covering letter including salary expectations.
