I am at the point where I need some additional part-time help, and have found a very experienced bookkeeper to come and do some work for me. She is quite keen to go down the self-employed route which is fine with me as I'm anticipating the work will be in peaks and troughs initially.
Does anyone have an agreement that they have issued to sub-contractors that they would be happy to share? I have sample contracts of employment, but nothing that I could use for a self-employed person...
