Payroll Update Course & CPD with the CIPP

The IAB is working with the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) to offer IAB members a place on their training courses at a special rate. The Payroll Update course will take place on Thursday 6 February from 9am5pm at the CIPP offices, Arne Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2E 9RA. It costs £85 for IAB members.

As an added bonus attendance on one of the training programmes will also allow each attendee six months free membership of the CIPP. Benefits include access to an advice line, newsletters, discounted CIPP members prices and a soft copy of their magazine.

Who is this course aimed at? Everyone with any payroll responsibility, or anyone in payroll, finance or HR who needs to be updated, to understand and recognise the implications on their employer and employees should attend this course.

What will I learn? This unique course will provide detailed explanations and practical information about recent, current and prospective changes in tax, NICs, employment law, deductions and statutory payments. In fact, everything of importance to the payroll professional.

In addition, all the payroll related changes announced in the recent Budget statement are analysed and their impact fully explained. This focused course represents the single best opportunity to be briefed and updated about changes affecting
