...but is it good for KashFlow users?

If you're confused, I'm talking about the news that IRIS has aquired KashFlow.

Hi Kris,

I was at IrisWorld the week before last and they are really pushing 'the cloud' but their current offering is 'Iris Open Books' which is just 'Free agent' rebadged so I'm not sure how it all dovetails, there certainly wasn't any hint of them buying out Kash Flow. I also went to the Sage launch of their latest in cloud offering which does look the dogs doo dahs but I feel quite expensive at £25 per month. Sometimes it is difficult to to get clients to shell that out let alone get them to pay for their own software too!

It seems to be the way things are going. Apparently some former sage executives approached KashFlow a few times with offers previously.

I'm pretty impressed with quickfile. They have a few things still to do, but with their new accountants dashboard and white label they could be a contender.

Kris
