AAT Level 3 AQ2013 PETH
Permalink Closed

Hi All,

Brief starter, I have only posted once on this forum before prior to studying AAT, since then I have passed level 3 AP1 AP2, ITX, & SPSW. After many deliberations I have decided to transfer to AQ2013 to complete Professional Ethics and Costs & Revenues to complete level 3.

Has anyone completed the professional ethics CBP yet? I have mine booked in 2 weeks time and always tend to check forums for other peoples experiences and advice on exams but can't seem to find any for the new exam yet!

I noticed there was a 50/50 split on forums for the AQ2010 version being "common sense and knowledge" and either you were lucky and passed or unlucky and failed.

So basically has anyone sat the new assessment yet or have any tips/suggestions?

Thanks

Not taken this paper myself but sure others will be along imminently to put your mind at rest.

One thing that I do want to say though is that there's an old adage when it comes to taking any exam in that "They hide luck in books".

Don't take on board what anyone say's about luck. Even common sense is built upon knowledge and experience.

The more reading around the subject you do and past questions that you try the luckier you will be!

hope that you do well on the day,

kind regards,

Shaun.

Professional ethics requires a little common sense and study time.

It's a hard one to fail. I think you actually have to try, to fail it.

He, that reminded me of Douglas Adams

It's like learning to fly, the trick is to throw yourself at the ground and miss!
