I have just started a new company and do not have much book keeping experience.

Fortunately I came across this forum and have found it to be of great help. All the questions I had, I found answers to. 

The people who post answers do so in such a wonderfully helpful and clear way that I felt I wanted to say a

Kathy, its really lovely of you to acknowledge the time that members take to help others. Not only is there a wealth of knowledge, and the dedication to take the time to share advice free of charge, but also, nobody looks down on anyone for asking the most simplest of questions. I personally think the latter is what makes this site such a great place to be part of. Indeed, some days I feel like I am in an office full of people having a good laugh! So I would also like to say thanks to everyone for their valued time.

Same here!! Feels like Im not working alone, although I obviously have for the last few days as not managed to find time to log on!
