How to delete an employer in 12pay
Permalink Closed

Hi, I started the free version of 12 pay a few weeks ago and started entering in data and can't remember where I got to. In the meantime I started using HMRC basic tools instead and now I want to go back to 12pay.

Please can anyone tell me how to delete an employer that I have set up so I can start from scratch again please.

Thanks in advance

RAchel

Hi Rachel,

Do you have to delete the employer you set up? Can you not just create a new one with a new file? Or is the free version not set up for multiple files?
