Looking for an accountant
Permalink Closed

I prepare my own company accounts, but I'm looking to remortgage and the lender needs an independent accountant to verify the figures (can be chartered/IFA/AAT). If anyone here would be interested in quoting to do it, please contact me. It's 2 years that need to be done, my understanding is that the lender would write to you asking you to verify the salary and profit figures, so I would provide whatever you wanted to do that (presumably the same information as if you were doing the end of year accounts for us).

Thanks

Hi Ruth,

Would be happy to help if you've not already sorted it out.

Thanks, I will message you Debbie, Sharon and Nick (and Michelle who emailed me).

We're going with a lender who uses director's salary + net profit, rather than dividends, hence the SA forms aren't enough.
