Hi. I need a bit of advice from you guys...I have a potential new client who has two mobile phone shops. He is looking for an invoicing system which enables both sites to raise customer invoices which are held on one system which he or I can then see.
I would guess a cloud based system is the way forward but I have no experience of these, so can anybody offer any assistance??
I propose using Sage to do his actual book keeping so the system only really needs to create the actual invoice...
For us: QuickBooks Online (Plus Product, unlimited users, all singing and dancing product £4.99 pm), Xero ( £20pm with partner % discount),
Kashflow £18 but I believe they also give a discount if you have a certain number of clients**not sure.
all 3 are really good, our clients prefer QuickBooks or Xero when we show them the product. As a firm we prefer QuickBooks as the price is good and the features once shown are actually pretty powerful.
I recommend you take a free trial for all 3, have a play and see what works for you,
