A new client has just started PAYE. Some staff are paid weekly regular amounts but they only want to run payroll monthly. I think I know the answer but can anyone confirm that this would/wouldn't be allowed by HMRC.
To clarify the situation is a weekly set amount is paid and then this deducted from the final payment at month end when payroll is run.
Thank you

How many employees? There is an extension to the previous rule which allowed the above but it only applies for 9 or fewer employees. This is for existing employers so any new ones starting next week have to apply RTI the normal way.

EDIT : This forum is a pain in the arse - it won't let me insert LINKS while using Internet Explorer. I like to have the links open in a new window/tab.
