Hello Guys, I need your ideas for this question - I have a client that wants me to start doing payroll for their business. I am in one state and the client is in another state. What would be the best software to use to provide this service to my client that is not in the same state I am in? And what program can my client use to print checks and pay stubs? Please, suggest me with some ideas for the question I asked. Your ideas are appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Hello Jennifer
Welcome to the forum. I didnt realise what you meant by 'state' until I saw you were based in Singapore! I personally would recommend Moneysoft or 12Pay but I have no idea if they are available outside of the UK.

Call me a cynic Joanne but I think that the post might be a trap.
We quite regularly get posts where new poster A asks a question then new poster B apprears between a couple of hours and couple of days later with the answer being the bit of software that they are both selling but nobody else has ever heard of.
Of course, there are also completely innocent cases where a first poster is genuine so I let them play themselves out before deciding what action to take. (Generally, ask yourself, where are all of these posts and posters that do that?).
I was expecting this one to be responded to by one of the scanning / OCR companies as we see a lot of those.

sorry, I don't get it to email me as I keep an eye on the site quite a lot of the time anyway.
I'll check it out and mention it to Steve in my next email to him.
Just as an aside, I'm assuming that you've checked your spam filter? I know, I know. Teach my gran to suck eggs, but just making sure that I've got that bases covered as far as having the right info before I escalate it.
On the cynic front I think that the best one was a new poster that we had a few months back who asked a question. logged off, logged on again immeditely under another new userid to answer. logged off, logged on again to say thanks and the software was just what they had been looking for.
I know this to be the case because when I banned them both new userid's had the same IP address, lol.
all the best,
Shaun.

Hi
Well I defo ticked the box on this one and do not have the response in my email box (and I do like that prompt). Im a good girl - always keep an eye on my spam filter but nothing there, neither. Very odd. Strange things people will go to to push their 'business', clearly will not get one over on you!! I really dont know where you find the time to do your other work, you must never sleep!
Have a great Crunchie day.
Jo

This is a uk based website and we are not interested.
They don't care about our interest. They are building up references to their product on Google, on websites that Google will perceive as relevant. Enough such references promote their product on standard google searches.

I only did that message as the guy was actually still online. Spent a little while lurking, which is unusual as they usually dip in and are gone in a minute or two. I dont reckon he read my post but it was wirth a try anyway. Of course our Mr Mod is on the case so his attempt at link building will not get him very far.

Still online, in this case, might mean nothing more than didn't actively log out after posting the spam. It depends how the forum software works - how soon it registers the session as closed due to inactivity.
