ICB Level 2 Qualifications secure me a job as a Finance Officer
Permalink Closed

I signed up for a complete package including levels 1 - 3 book-keeping & Payroll with Training Link - I wanted to know where this could take me, I continued with my full time job and studied alongside that.  I am thrilled to say that having passed the level 2 stage, I saw a job ad for a Finance Officer, the requirements were AAT qualifications - which I don't have.  However, I applied stating my ICB qualification in my CV and got it!!  I will be interested to see where level 3 takes me in the future.  Thanks Training Link, for your excellent support and encouragement.

A massive well done Suzanne on your achievements.....so far!! Just goes to prove that you should never let a job spec put you off if you feel you've got the necessary skills. Good luck with your continued progression.
